No Sound (jack & built-in speakers)

Hey there,
Just bought a brand new Recoil Series. I have no sound.
The only way for me to hear something out of this laptop is from bluetooth / from my second monitor.

I updated the drivers from the device manager, reset / reinstall windows but nothing's working..!
Any help would be gratefully appreciated

Firstly, have you fully installed windows and drivers after reinstalling? Could you take a screenshot of your windows update and optional updates from advanced options?

I see SpyderTracks is troubleshooting the more likely causes first, and I do recommend doing that first before suspecting you need an OEM fix, but I had the same issue and this was the solution: https://www.pcspecialist.co.uk/forums/threads/no-audio-after-rma.86102/#post-657866

Hey Rairun, thanks for your answer. I truly appreciate your help. It sound a lil' more complete than just windows update. As the computer is brand new..

I read all your thread and I'm not sure to understand few points :
- Whats is the OEM fix ?
- What means "reboot" ? Just turning off power or re-install windows ?

I'm still kinda of a noob and i would appreciate if you provide me more details of how you proceed with this OEM Fix.
