Noisy CoolerMaster MasterLiquid Lite 240 pump & rad on case roof

Hi,

I received my system Mar-2021, it's been running fine, though I've not used it as much as I would have liked but that's not the PC's fault.

A couple days ago I had been on the PC for a couple hours then noticed a fairly loud fan tapping sort of noise. It's continuous and not very fast. This previous post has a video and it sounds basically identical to that:

The radiator and fans of my cooler are mounted on the roof of the case though. I'm currently waiting for feedback from PCS but thought I'd post this and see if others are still having the same issue with the CoolerMaster MasterLiquid Lite 240.

I noticed PCS don't offer CoolerMaster coolers now, is that just because of supply problems or maybe other problems? That's only guessing though.

I realised I should have included the spec for my PC, included in this post. I had wondered about the liquid cooler when I got the PC but that was the general suggestion received on the forum but looking again, it seems opinions are maybe not so 100% certain one way or the other.

I tried taking the graphics card out and disconnecting everything, then I moved the case around a bit, with some minimal hope of moving any air that is trapped, once connected again, it did stop the noise for a moment but then it came back. The next step would be taking the cooler block off the CPU though based on that other thread, there's probably not a lot of hope for that.

I've a very similar build mate and the same cooler, can't say I've had any issues though

Might be worth check there's not some "debris" or anything in the fan that could be fitting against it as it's spinning?

Worst case I see you've went for the Gold warranty and I know it's not ideal especially this time of the year but could always send it back?

It seems it is in the AIO cooler block that is sealed.

Hopefully PSC will send a replacement part and I can swap it to save the hassle of sending the whole PC back.
