Not able to change light patterns and colours

Hello, on our recently purchased PC we’re unable to change the light features as advertised. The settings do nothing re. lights but they do change the fan speed so they are connected. When checking whether sync’ed no devices can be found (in photo). Most grateful for any advice or suggestions as to how to resolve

And what were you using to change the fan speeds?

And which lights are you trying to change? Case or internal?

Fan speeds were in the dashboard. It is my son’s but think he was looking to change the lights inside the case

Sorry, what dashboard? What software is it?

If you don't know that's ok, just trying to work out what's installed and what isn't.

Reason being is that there are various ways to configure the RGB on that system.

Try installing Armory Crate from here:
