Also after you upgrade to Windows 10, does give you an option to go back to your previous OS before 1 month ends?

Quite likely yes to the first question, it does seem to be a common bug in windows 10.

FishyFrags I moved your post to your own thread as its more relevant there rather than someone elses thread about something not really related.
I believe you do get a chance to go back to the previous Windows installation for about a month.

It seems that I still have the issue in Win10.

Maybe it was a Windows Update that caused it in the first place. I have no idea when it started so I couldn't go back to a restore point and see if it resolves the issue.
