hi Chris. I tried OEM tool just now, but nothing changes at all. Problem still here.

I'm sorry to hear that. I would then recommend you get it booked in for an RMA so we can have a look at this in-house. If you have any trouble filling out the RMA forms, please get in contact with our customer support team and they'll be able to help you out with it.

No need for it Chris, my dad hold that laptop, he live in EU... to much hessle... maybe in couple of years, when i ask you to change liquid metal on CPU and GPU you can look on it... Thank you for your help anyway. Regards.

For anyone reading this later than when it was posted, with any BIOS flash, you need to get PCS approval first.

They had validated the XMG bios was compatible at the time until they implemented their own fix, that doesn’t mean it is now, and if you flash a BIOS (even a PCS one) without PCS approval and something goes wrong, you’re not covered and it could be an extremely expensive mistake!
