Bah, i can see I'm going to be down the queue to get a 3080 as i need to wait until we have a waterblock available for it. My build requires a water cooled card. At least I'll be pleased when it does arrive and i see the performance increase @ 4k over the 2060 Super I currently run.

I haven't actually seen the Zotac yet, but remember they were one of the top performers with the 2080ti Amp Max, and the Asus is always a good performer but at exorbitant cost.

I had a chat with a PCS fella earlier, he said they've ordered around 2000 cards! He did say, however, they aren't sure when they will be delivered as there could be quite a delay.

Not long ago they were up to 5000 orders a week.

The ASUS has been held back but only til around the 21st so won’t really affect anything:Wonder if PCS will go live with both models at launch. At the moment I imagine the 3080 they're showing is the Zotac variant. Think I'm leaning more towards the the Asus as it's aesthetically nicer

The problem might extend to other aftermarket flagships, too
Might get Crysis to run on that with a 3080, if you up it to 720p you're looking at a 3090 minimum.
