Hi guys so I placed an order with PCS and after 3 weeks gone I decided to contact them only to tell me the graphic card is not in stock and that they dont know when will they have it.. What is the next best thing to do to get the PC quicker? Are there other graphics cards similar to this or better ? Also I am new to PCS and I paid using finance if I decide to source my own gpu will they lower the cost of my monthly payment or will they gave me the money worth of the gpu?

thanks a lot :)

No, the finance is an agreement between you and a different company, HPF. What PCS would do is issue you a credit note to the value of the GPU if you removed it from your order, that amount would then be deducted from any future purchases.

You'll be lucky if you can source your own 2060.

You could always switch the the AMD 8GB 5500XT...that will do a good job at 1080p, though it won't do Ray-Tracing

The other altnerative is to go with the NVIDIA 1650 GPU and, then maybe look at getting the 3050 when it releases..at least that way you can still game, albeit at lower graphics quality while you wait for the 3050. The 2060 is going to become harder and harder to source as NVIDIA stopped all production of them last November
Hard to say what I should do tbh Im in a loop haha. Thanks man.

If by any chance you’re able to amend your order, I would advise you to get a bigger PSU if you’re looking for your PC to be able to last longer, and for future upgrades.

With the 2060, I heard that production of it would stop till April, alongside the 2060S. If you’re happy to do so, you can source your own GPU and get a 1650 for now as others have recommended.
