Many people are having similar issues with Intel products. There are stability issues and heat issues. You are most certainly not alone.
I believe the stance will be the combination of components are running within margin of what they would expect to run like. The only exception I can think of is the configuration of the fans, I'm not sure if you got back to me on that?
If the cooler is running to its maximum potential then 90+ wouldn't surprise me on a hard run. With World of Tanks, I believe that is quite thread heavy.
It may be worthwhile running some 3Dmark benchmarks and posting up the results here to see if we can narrow down any glaring issues. It's always difficult without seeing exactly what's happening.
What is the idle temperatures of the system after switching on? Do they appear not too bad? I would expect 30s, maximum low 40. If it's more than that with Intel there may be a configuration issue with the cooling solution or it may be something as simple as the paste.
