I can barely see it but what I have seen the H100i cooler might be not quite up to it especially if you're overclocking, consider the H115 or H150.
When you spec a Corsair cooling solution you don't need aftermarket thermal paste as this comes with the Corsair cooler.
Opt for the Silver warranty option it's only £5 extra and is better than Standard.

if it were me i'd want the H150 if I was overclocking a 13900K.
