Optimus series 17.3" - Keyboard keys peeling off after 2 months.

I had the same problem. Sent it back and waited five weeks for it to be fixed. Sadly just over a month later it’s started to go again so I am considering what to do at moment.

Just to once more confirm that my Nova (Clevo manufacturer) doesn't have the keyboard peeling issue after 9 months, even though it's also a paint coated keyboard. Maybe Clevo is using a better quality paint or something.

Hello there!
I got a Optimus series 17.3" laptop this September, however, after only 2 months of daily usage, some of the keys are starting to peel off...
You can take a look at what I mean below. (See the difference between the A and Q keys?)

Here is a close-up view of the worst looking key, the A key.

If this is happening only after 2 months, I wonder how the entire keyboard will look after a year or two...

How could I address this issue? I suppose I can get a replacement keyboard as it's under a 2 year guarantee. But I'm really worried this would happen again (it's unacceptable to just be asking for a new keyboard every two months... -_-' ).

Same Laptop.
Now 25mths old
I have the same problem.
Starting with "A" and other letters.
My keyboard is only used on average 1hr a week and not for gaming.
PcSpecialist wants me to return the Laptop for investigation.
I don't want to do that...risk of damage...private HD info etc.
I emailed them your comments/photos and mine.
No comment about that..!
I can however at a future date if I desire send my Laptop for assessment.
I am disappointed that they made no comment about what is obviously a batch of faulty keyboards....quality control...!
How do I know this wont happen again.
In 30 years I have never had keyboard characters rub off like this.
