I may be wrong, but I believe @SpyderTracks is asking if you are using hdmi, display port or an adaptor of some sort.

On full he i get stutters on euro truck simulator 2 if I run it in vr, but it was much better when I was using the Lenovo explorer

Thank you all for your help, after hour of searching the web I have found a website which had the moded bios and instructions to flash it, the only issue I have is the cpu is running a bit hot when gaming compared to the 8400(60-70c) the 9600k(70-85c but it spikes up) so i think I will delid with liquid metal.
