Hello all. Looking to switch to the 3070 from the 3060ti (on over 70 working days wait time). This will be my first gaming pc and I am open to suggestions for the build and a monitor to couple with it. Here is my current build with the 3060ti:

Now, just a question, what monitor (resolution, refresh rate) and how many of them you will pair this PC? And what you'll use the PC for: gaming only or also streaming, video/photo editing? What games about you'll be playing?

I currently have an Asus VS248HR but I'll be looking to get another monitor with 1440p and 1ms response time for this PC. I'll be using it for gaming only, with a focus on fps games such as Valorant and Warzone.

Fully agree with the suggestions from the forum heroes, you’ll have top end 1440p 144Hz at your fingertips 👍

Always have suggestions for those! What budget do you have in mind for that? 👍

If you’ve got around £450 in the bank, I’m using this AOC ultrawide monitor with a 3070 and it’s brilliant. Ultrawide doesn’t require a huge desk and it’s a game changer in terms of immersion.
