pc broken again 3rd time in 3 months do i have to wait another 3 weeks

pc broken again 3rd time in 3 months do i have to wait another 3 weeks and how long to get a manager to ok a rebuild i was a big fan of pcs untill my pc broke for the 3rd time the second time in my experience they lied about the problem i had no display and no keyboard and mouse they said it was dust in the graphics card, that would not have caused the keyboard not to function, please do not lie to me i just want a pc that works

Whilst i appreciate how frustrating this is for you, be really careful about accusing PCS of lieing, when you have nothing to substantiate the accusation.

and see if anyone can help with things to try out.

Hi, I appreciate it must be frustrating for you.

We are not part of PCS, we're all volunteers who just like to help people get things fixed, and most of us are customers ourselves.

A lot of the time it can be software issues, nothing wrong with the hardware.

As @Bhuna50 says, post in the tech support forum and someone can help out.
