This is a perfectly fine monitor for 1080p mate, the problem being you have a budget for a 1440p build. The step up is gigantic and you'd be leaving a lot of performance on the table using this monitor

For £2,000 , there's totally the budget for a 1440p build and a 1440p monitor. You could then use your Acer monitor as a secondary screen which can be super useful!

That's why I decided to ask experts for opinions before buying pc. I really don't want to overspend unnecessary money if I could have good enough build for lower amount of cash. 2k+ is top budget I could spend if needed, but if I can spend 1500 that would be great too.
