Heya! Couple areas we could adjust here. A few questions first.

1) Budget- What are you looking to spend?
2) Uses- You've mentioned Sim Racing, will it be used for anything else?
3) Monitor- What monitor will be paired with this system? Knowing this is important to get the right GPU pairing- either make and model or resolution and refresh rate would be ideal!
4) Full spec- Would you be able to post the full spec- including all the boring Warranty and Delivery choices as well as the configurable link at the bottom? This'll help us a tonne!
5) Storage- Final question, I promise! Is there any particular reason why you've gone for a monsterous 11TB of storage?

Ahoj! Tu by sme mohli upraviť niekoľko oblastí.

To nám veľa pomôže!
5) Skladovanie – posledná otázka, sľubujem! Existuje nejaký konkrétny dôvod, prečo ste sa rozhodli pre neuveriteľných 11 TB úložiska?
Hi Thank you for answer! Storage i change now before i do mistake sorry…

Now your question.

1, The maximum budget is £ 3,000
2, yes, it will be primarily for simracing, sometimes check a standard website such as youtube etc.
3, Monitor i have this one x3

iiyama G-Master GB3266QSU-B1 zakrivený 1800R 32-palcový VA LCD, 144z, 1 ms (MPRT), 2560 x 1440

4, and 5, point i think answered you.

I hope so that this is everything good.

Thank you!

Thanks for this info! You're almost there on a lot of this, just a few more changes to make and you've got it.

The only other thing I'd add is at this price, you could spend another £70 or so on the Corsair Braided Cables, while they won't add to your FPS in any way, they'll really help the build look 110%, especially if it's somewhere visible

Any questions, ask away!

Case
CORSAIR iCUE 5000X RGB MID TOWER GAMING CASE While the Prism X is a nice looking case, it's a budget choice so I'd recommend spending more on the case, especially when you're spending so much on the build. This 5000X is a fantastic choice
Processor (CPU)
Intel® Core™ i7 12-Core Processor i7-12700K (3.6GHz) 25MB Cache
Motherboard
ASUS® TUF GAMING Z690-PLUS WIFI D4 (LGA1700, USB 3.2, PCIe 5.0) - ARGB Ready AORUS Elite is a perfectly fine board, our general preference for the 12700K would be for this TUF Z690 though
Memory (RAM)
32GB Corsair VENGEANCE RGB PRO DDR4 3600MHz (2 x 16GB)
Graphics Card
12GB NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 3080 Ti - HDMI, DP, LHR I'm unsure of this selection, the 80TI doesn't offer much over the 3080, but 3x 1440p will be very demanding to run so you want as much performance as possible. Maybe someone else would be able to weigh in?
1st M.2 SSD Drive
500GB SAMSUNG 980 PRO M.2, PCIe NVMe (up to 6900MB/R, 5000MB/W) 500GB will be ample for a OS/ applications SSD
1st M.2 SSD Drive
2TB INTEL® 670p M.2 NVMe PCIe SSD (up to 3500MB/sR | 2700MB/sW) This drive will be a dedicated games drive, you really want games on an SSD in 2022
Power Supply
CORSAIR 1000W RMx SERIES™ MODULAR 80 PLUS GOLD, ULTRA QUIET Upped to 1000W for better efficency and upgradability
Power Cable
1 x 1.5 Metre UK Power Cable (Kettle Lead)
Processor Cooling
Corsair H150i RGB PRO XT Hydro Series High Performance CPU Cooler Top end cooler for the hot 12700K
Thermal Paste
STANDARD THERMAL PASTE FOR SUFFICIENT COOLING
Sound Card
ONBOARD 6 CHANNEL (5.1) HIGH DEF AUDIO (AS STANDARD)
Network Card
10/100/1000 GIGABIT LAN PORT
USB/Thunderbolt Options
MIN. 2 x USB 3.0 & 2 x USB 2.0 PORTS @ BACK PANEL + MIN. 2 FRONT PORTS
Operating System
Windows 10 Home 64 Bit - inc. Single Licence [KUK-00001] Would personally stick to W10 for now
Operating System Language
United Kingdom - English Language
Windows Recovery Media
Windows 10/11 Multi-Language Recovery Image - Unlimited Downloads from Online Account

Thank you so much for advice!
So this spec should be compatibility with my monitor tripple monitor yes?

Anyway when i pust button to “next” show me warning that I don’t need powersupply 1000w that jus max 850w?…what u think?

Last question, my plan was buy PC this year July/august…but situation in world now very difficult…you are thinking my best way is buy ASAP or i can wait until summer and prices will be same like now? Big Dilema…

Thank you.

No worries! It indeed will be, although performance wise I'm not sure what to expect. It might be asking around on some sim racing forums to see how peoples systems perform

The 1000W has been put in with future upgradability in mind. Realistically 850W will run this system fine, but with GPU's only getting more and more power demanding, it makes sense to overspec now so you can slot in an upgrade in a few years time without needing to think about it too much.

It's difficult to say really. GPU prices are indeed falling and probably the best they've fallen since they sarted going up, but leave crypto for 24 hours and we could see it back where it was 30 days ago. If you don't plan to buy until July/ August anyway, god knows where the market will be then, plus RTX 40 Series and Radeon 7000 will be out in Sept/ Oct and with a predicted doubling in performance for the top end cards, it'd likely be worth waiting for them to release.

Hi, I had this idea, it would not be convenient to buy a GPU 10gb 3080 now and upgrade to 4080 next year… what do you think? will 3080 be strong enough at x3 1440p? approximately for the period of the year? thank you.

And i see to many option for 10gb 3080…between The most expensive and the cheapest is different 170£ which one i should be take?

Thank you Guys!

Do you still plan to buy later in the year? If so I'd wait a couple more months and hold off and buy a 4080 first time round in Sept/Oct.

I've said a few things that has alluded to my uncertainty about it, I'd recommend either looking through or posting in some Sim racing forums to see what people are saying about a setup like that.

Go for the "10GB NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 3080 - HDMI, DP, LHR", the 12GB version is a scam of a card and the ASUS branded models will perform within a margin of every other card, so not much point in paying the extra.

I'm worried I won't get that card this year. sooner I think it will be possible Q1 2023. And so long I have not been eager to wait…

SpyderTracks

We love you Ukraine
And it’s possible do it pre order in PCspecialist? Because I don’t have any experience with building PC…I would like pre order all spec with 4080 if is possible…but probably this option not exist..
Yes, you can order through PCS, that's a far easier way to get one than through online stores anyway and will be a lot cheaper

Hi Guys I'm close to the order but at the moment they don’t have cooler Corsair H150i Pro XT…but my mainly question is i would like in future Buttkicker on my rig..i will need second Sound card? Thank you.
