PC for gaming and editing

Hi everyone, the time has come after 10 years to buy a new PC.
Since I would like it to last as long as possible, I tried to put a good processor and graphic card.
All of this, trying to stay within a budget of 2000€.
The PC will be used primarily for gaming, video editing, photoshop, and programming.
The monitor it will be used with is a Samsung Full HD, 60Hz, C24F390FHU (with the intention of changing it to a 2K in the future perhaps).

Do you think the CPU cooler is sufficient since I read that the i5-13600K gets very hot? I would prefer to avoid liquid cooling and putting in an air cooler.
In general, is the case airflow, with the 3 front fans, and one rear fan, sufficient? Or should I add more fans?
I put an 850W power supply instead of 750W (as suggested by PCspecialist), to have the possibility in the future, in case of an upgrade, to put graphics cards that require more W. Is it worth it, or should I just put a 750W?

Advice on any configuration changes are welcome! :)
