Does anyone think it is worth getting Crysis 3 Digital Deluxe Ver for £19.99 on Origin?

I already purchased Crysis 2 Max Ed a while back in Steam and didn't know about C3 having it as part of the Deluxe version.
Or would it possibly be better to just get the standard version and then the Lost Island expansion instead of the additional bits from Deluxe?

No because it involves origin, which in turn involves EA ... do you see where i'm going here? :p

By that logic people would be missing out on quite a few decent games.

Personally I haven't got anything against Origin, runs fine if you have a decent rig and it's far less intrusive than Steam is unless you keep all the settings on for it to launch on start-up, etc etc.

As for Crysis 3 for £20. Definitely not. I bought it for £15 a week after launch so to buy it for £20 now would be ludicrous. I'm fairly sure I've seen it knocking around for £6-£7 lately, I just can't remember where. Would probably be for the standard edition but realistically I didn't find the game gripping enough to complete anyway so I wouldn't personally go for a deluxe edition myself.

Yeah, always best to have a quick look around before buying anything in the Steam sale. A lot of other places have their sales at the same time and the Steam sale discounts are on the the original RRP rather than the price it was being sold at recently and so can look better than they are. There are still plenty of bargains though. :)

I quite like it... (he says, played it twice, never touched it again, never finished it). SIngle player gets a bit boring, i think there are better cheaper games out there.

Multiplier is pretty cool though

Good find Grimezy. Is it good single player or co-op? I seem to recall the first one being better if played with others.

To be fair, they did do right with Dragon Age and Mass Effect (More so 2, I think), haha.

Don't buy this, one of the worst games I have ever played. Terrible, only good thing about it is the graphics.

Thanks for the replies everyone, I was a bit silly and forgot to check back here, but I did at least get the standard edition for under £10 on Origin with the current 40% off, rather than any of the prior costs above that. I have the second Crysis which I've liked so far, that's mainly what encouraged me to want 3.

I have crysis 3 hunter edition too.. I got as far as these tower things shooting rockets at you whilst you have to dodge the explosions... I got fed up of getting killed... hha

It does look very nice though.

That's what caught my eye with Crysis 2, the graphics, lol.

It's a CD key for Uplay, but Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag is £17.99 on SimplyCDkeys.
