By the way, for those who have a library on EA Origin, I'd recommend checking out their Beta platform, it's an awful lot better, not that it makes me want to buy any games but if they're giving them away for free I'll bite.

It's far less cluttered, much more streamlined, the updates happen in the background so you don't get that horrible update page everytime you open it where you can't use it for 15 minutes, less of the store advertising bombarding you as well.

But no, you will still want to berate yourself and then spend an hour in the shower when realising you paid them money at some point in life, I'm afraid there is so far no cure for this disease

GOG Galaxy is amazing, the downside is you have to keep connecting your other accounts but that's the only downside for me, other than that it's spot on

Almost all the mainstream platforms, even XBox and PlayStation, it's really good. It still launches games through those platforms, but for browsing your entire catalogue it's soooo helpful

The only thing with it, never open it when you're on an RDP session to the computer, it completely nerfs it and the only way I've found to solve it is reinstall.
