War for the Overworld is basically what a modern day Dungeon Keeper could have been if EA hadn't mucked it up by being EA. The base version of the game is just a fiver with the Ultimate Edition being £20. Well worth it in my view!

Got a terms and conditions update pop up before being allowed to put the purchase through.
I don't think the timing of this so close off the back of Valve's recent mass lawsuit in the UK is of coincidence

2. You and Epic agree to resolve disputes between us in individual arbitration (not in court). And then this is section 12:
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
You agree that this Agreement will be deemed to have been made and executed in the State of North Carolina, U.S.A., and any dispute will be resolved in accordance with the laws of North Carolina, excluding that body of law related to choice of laws, and of the United States of America. Any action or proceeding brought to enforce the terms of this Agreement or to adjudicate any dispute must be brought in the Superior Court of Wake County, State of North Carolina or the United States District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of these courts. You waive any claim of inconvenient forum and any right to a jury trial. The Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods will not apply. Any law or regulation which provides that the language of a contract shall be construed against the drafter will not apply to this Agreement."
But I can't add any free items until I accept the new terms, which I'm not willing to do.
I'm fairly sure this isn't legal, I don't think they have any grounds to put this through.
I've actually emailed it to Gamers Nexus.

Yeah, it is free. It's a little easier to install and play with the GOG version of Fallout 4, but it's entirely possible to play it with the Steam version of the game. I loved some of the trailers a while back, but I've not got Fallout 4 installed at the moment, so I'll have to come back to it at some point!
