I've bought it but can't confirm it 100% mainly cuz it's nicely sitting in my steam library waiting for me to actually buy a PC that can run it even though i've been a member of this forum for almost a year now lol. But the description does say GOTY and the steam description says it includes all DLC so it should

Can't say I liked it, wasn't really in-depth enough.. The game was just, kill zombies, find objects, make new weapons, kill zombies, repeat.
Story was bad and some of the characters were just crap as well i.m.o
