I'm finding the best way to make any kind of dent in my backlog is to tackle games series by series. Currently playing Lost Judgment which is part of the Yakuza/Like A Dragon series. I've got this, a game that came out last month and a game coming out next month and I'll be all caught up with them for now. I dunno what I'll play then, but they're going to take me a couple of months in total, so I've got plenty of time to see what game I get the urge to play!

Not sure if you read the article, but the publishers put an unfinished (and allegedly stolen!!) version of the game on Steam which the developers DMCA'd. As I said a few posts back, the whole is a bit crazy!nice of them to dmca there own game

Oh, I do remember that actually now you mention it, just didn’t actually click with me it was this title, that was a bonkers thing to happen, I sincerely hope the publisher got heavily penalised for that!
