PC getting Slower?

My 2 year old machine appears to be slowing down and overheating when the CPU is working hard (sorts on a large Single threaded database) I have cleaned out the grilles and fans but no change Does the water cooling have a limited life, or is there a way of topping it up? Would a fan upgrade help?

Is that a 74°C Idle? o_O

I would think the pump would have to have failed for it to be that high.

That sounds reasonable, this is my first liquid PC so I am out of my Depth (bad Pun?) didn't realise it had a Pump!
Last Machine I worked on with Liquid cooling was a memory upgrade on an IBM 3090 but that feels like a different Universe
