PC not turning on

my pc doesn't turn on. i connected it to multiple wall sockets but nothing changed - i removed the side panel (the pc was delivered without any inside foam packaging) and a few pin connectors were loose if that has anything to do with it. what should i do?

Check specifically the 24 pin connector to the motherboard, and also the 8 pin connector on the motherboard

When you ordered, what was the specified power consumption?

A 250W PSU feels incredibly low, even for those components. It may not be the issue, but the motherboard and CPU must take up half that wattage.

I tried to check that too, but if I click through to proceed on the provided config, it just goes straight through to confirming it.

However, if I put a higher wattage PSU in...
