PC SPECIALIST - Vortex SF is not connecting to my 5g wifi

my PC SPECIALIST - Vortex SF Intel® Core™ i7 GTX 1660 Ti Gaming PC - 2 TB HDD & 240 GB SSD is not pick up my 5g network and i am not sure why i need help

If you post your full spec we can take a look but my guess is it's 2.4ghz band only. The default Wifi option from PCS is definitely only 2.4Ghz.

It's only a 2.4GHz band network card so won't be able to find 5GHz.

You will have a 2.4GHz band also so it will happily connect to that.
