Have specced this PC - budget is around £1k, but ideally would like to save a little where possible. I'd like to check with this knowledgeable forum couple of queries I have:

Have specced this PC - budget is around £1k, but ideally would like to save a little where possible. I'd like to check with this knowledgeable forum couple of queries I have:
- The motherboard has no ARGB header, so I assume the lighting on the case fans are controlled on from the case itself as I have read about a button that cycles through a few effects. Is there any information on what the options are?
- There is very little info on the CPU cooler I have selected. Does this have PWM? I'd rather have an over specced CPU fan that runs slowly to reduce noise, but of course this only works if it has PWM!
