PCS SSD Brand?

Hi Guys, can anyone shed some light on the brand used by PCS for below SSD?

No worries, - in your opinion, is it worth paying the extra money for something else? - im on a bit of a budget but again, like with most things. you get what you pay for.

Unfortunately, when clicking "post to forum" the formatted text is the build BEFORE changes were applied , any changes that are made, do not show in the text, hence my word document. - what you see here is the Original Order before any changes were made,

When you go into the my orders page and click onto your current order you can click post to forums at the bottom and it does update with changes you've made (or certainly, my current order does) - worth a quick look as you get the configurable link that way too which makes things easier - you'll have to update us with the total cost of the build and your budget, but it does make it easier to offer advice :)

This would be a fitting build for that sort of performance. If you were to switch out the 3600XT for the 3x00X(T) then I would put the cooler back. Otherwise the cooler with the 3600XT is fantastic.

The TD500 case is fine, I think it may be out of stock as I couldn't select it.

Thanks Scott - I placed the order 22 days ago, so imagine certain parts have since come and gone in terms of stock levels. how does that work, say for example we get to the 29th October. and I can finally order the last remaining part, (GPU), but as a result of the wait, the case is now out of stock, as i have already paid for it, - does that not mean I am guaranteed one that you had in stock previously?

Also, - which chip do you mean by "3x00"

Thanks

You'll stay in pre-production until all items are available. They will be allocated to your order as and when is suitable though. Ie, if you were first in the queue for a 3070, the first one should be allocated to your order (this may not be the case with the 3000 cards due to shortages but it's now it would normally work).

By 3x00 I mean substitute the "x" with whatever iteration you choose, ie the 3800XT. Anything other than the 3600 will want a decent cooler on there.

We can only hope that with the 2 week push back on the 3070 that the shortage is not as severe as the 3080, but thats wishful thinking i think.

Slightly frustrating that nothing happens until ALL parts become available, because what if I am able to get my hands on a 3070, but my case is out of stock. Say for example I log in on the 29th Oct, pay for a 3070, and then my order sits in pre-production for a further 3 days whilst awaiting a restock on the case, - in those 3 days, say the 3070 then goes out of stock, does that mean i then need wait AGAIN for weeks and weeks until the 3070 becomes available again. That seems utterly bizarre? Or am i misunderstanding it, i would of assumed that all the parts i chose at time of payment would of already been allocated to my order, as when i payed for them, they were in stock,
