Spec looks fine - if it were me I'd get the £5 warranty thing and the dead pixel guarantee.

A 512gb SSD and a 1TB HDD combo seems like a sensible choice to me. What aren't you sure of? :)

One thing to bear in mind. If you drop the HDD and drop the RAM to 1 x8gb, you can afford the RTX 2060.

You can DIY add another RAM stick or an HDD/SSD any time you like in the future. While you're stuck with the GPU. So there's an argument for getting the most powerful GPU you can reasonably afford to delay the point at which you'll want to replace the laptop for as long as possible.
