I'm doing database design and copywriting work at home, and a two monitor setup will simplify things.

I also want to play the occasional game like Civ 7 and Baldur's Gate 3.

How about this set up? Have I missed anything out, or am I indulging in overkill? I know 32Gb is high, but I like having some decent RAM.

Hello,

I'm after a dual monitor set up, designed for office applications, and also using Camtasia to produce training videos. This would be voice narration over slides rather than video editing.

I'm also after basic 1080p gaming, playing Civ 7, etc.

Budget is around £1250. This system comes in at £1100, so do people have upgrade recommendations?

I've gone for the RM PSU as quiet will help.

It's really very poorly designed: unknown/closed case (no airflow), 3 generation old CPU, extremely low-end mATX MB, single RAM stick, almost 3 generation old low-end GPU, unknown/unreliable SSD, old ATX 2.4 PSU (but decent qualityat least), one-year malware subscription (Norton), and virtually no guarantee.

We absolutely need, as @SpyderTracks has previously reminded, all the details because that build is regrettably extremely bad. :(
