I wonder how windows managed to get it so badly wrong? The odd thing is that I only ran the reinstall... because it was crashing already 🤔

Windows can't get it wrong in that way, it's not possible

I'm assuming you didn't actually clean install, likely just in place upgraded

Windows didn't get it wrong. You messed up selecting the drive/partition at install time. It's easily done if you're not used to clean installing in a UEFI environment.

You need to format ALL those drives to ensure that the next install is properly clean.

If that CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT BSOD happened after you did the clean install then upload the file C:\Windows\Memory.dmp to the cloud with a link to it here.
