POST Issue - seeking advice please

OS is Win 11 Pro. System working fine since delivered some months ago. Nothing changed or added by me in recent weeks.
At the end of my day I press the power button, configured to send the system to sleep. Wiggle of the mouse brings it back to life in the morning.
This morning, before taking any action, I found the screen in the form shown in the attached image (screen1)
I pressed F1 and it entered the BIOS. It looked normal - fans all running, CPU Temp 35 and MOBO Temp 30. Image attached (screen2).
I exited the BIOS and the system came up normally and has been running fine since.
I suspect that a Win Update (24H2) may have kicked off during the night. It certainly ran at some point yesterday and may have left a residual restart outside active hours. Just speculation. My general experience level is low. Don't know if an update can take it out of sleep mode? Or initiate a restart?
Should I just ignore this event? Is there somewhere I can look to see what failed in the POST?
Should I report it to PCS Tech Support?

I've seen a fair amount of people reporting issues with sleep mode and 24h2 so it could be related to that.

Have you tried putting it in sleep mode today for a couple of hours and seeing if there's any repeat?

Yes, each time I leave the desk, I sleep it. Has been fine so far today.
But my fear is that mention of POST points to hardware!!
