Problem changing avatar on profile

I keep getting this when I try to upload a new avatar, or deleting it.

I'm using Edge as my browser.
Just tried Firefox and I get the same error, so it might be something to do with the forum?

Edit: Managed to delete avatar, but still get the error when uploading new one.

Have tried multiple sizes/resolutions/formats/browsers, and get the same error message.
