The fact you ran the windows 10 control center on a windows 11 installation means your PL values will be locked very low, you can verify this by doing a standard stress test and seeing the clock speeds, they'll be stuck very low I guess. If that's the case, you don't need a BIOS update, you just need a BIOS reflash.

If you're asking for a BIOS update rather than reflash, that may be why PCS are getting confused and saying there isn't one available.

You can't solve it on your own, only PCS can get you a BIOS reflash.

You've obviously totally ignored what's been said, and probably harping on at PCS about how control center is the problem when it isn't, so they don't understand the issue.

PCS are fully aware of this bug, and have been for years, as soon as you'd stated the symptoms they would have known exactly what the issue was as did I. So suggests either you're not telling them the symptoms in ways they understand, or that you've ignored the advice given here on how to get it resolved.

Either way, the forum can't help you at all, impossible, we don't have any access to BIOS files, only OEMs do.

aggiorno la mia situazione perchè finalmente dopo che mi hanno fatto fare vari benchmark per verificare se ci fossero problemi hardware, sono stati concordi con la mia diagnosi iniziale che il bios si è corrotto per colpa di quella ciofeca di control center windows11 che avevo installato, una volta che mi hanno mandato i file per flasharlo è tutto ritornato alla normalità e ora il pc funziona perfettamente.

Which is exactly what we told you from the start. It wasn't the windows 11 control center that was the issue, it was that you upgraded to windows 11 while having the existing windows 10 control center installed

Ciao, potrebbe essere capitato una cosa del genere anche me. Ho la scheda video che ad un certo punto si blocca a 15w di potenza e non va oltre. Temperature a 60-70 massimo del cpu e scheda video massimo 50 e si bloccano entrambi. A me è capitato dopo un aggiornamento driver di nvidia e la disinstallazione di GameInput del 2023. Come hai risolto?

Il problema di OP è specifico dello chassis di riferimento (il Valeon) ed è un problema noto risolvibile solo tramite un low-level reflash del BIOS tramite PCS. Tu hai un Recoil che è un modello differente, con master driver differente.
