psu making weird noises

hi

i got my pc about 3 or 4 weeks ago and since then its started to make some rattly noises?? im not sure how to describe it and i cant find any similar noises on the web. my knowledge about pcs is limited so i honestly just want to know if its safe to keep using it or just get a replacement or a new one:/ iive attempted to add a google drive link but i have no idea if it works https://drive.google.com/file/d/1hRkHOQ2k7LP835QVqyu7rLJVdCKWAOTE/view?usp=sharing - its most apparent at the end of the video

its an intel i9 10850k, asus strix z490F motherboard, 32gb corsair vengeance 3000mhz with an nvidia 3060 graphics card. power supply is a corsair cv550W. let me know if you need anything else
