Question about Liquid Series RGB Mid Kit - Corsair Hydro X

Hello Everybody,

I recently ordered a liquid series computer with the mid corsair hydro x kit and I have a question. Is the gpu XG7 waterblock integrated into the kit or should it be ordered separately? I ask the question because I prefer to be sure of what I will have when I receive my computer. On PCS site, in the liquid series page it is clearly marked that the XG7 waterblock is integrated into the mid kit but I prefer to have confirmation from people who know the answer. If this is not the case let me know because I would like to include this gpu waterblock in my configuration and tell me how to pay and order it as soon as possible because my order will be assembled this week according to one of your technicians .

I am posting two images to show you why I want to be sure that the gpu XG7 waterblock is included in my kit. I have circled in red the two differences and why I initially chose the corsair kit. If this is not the case, it must be traced back to PCS because we are in false advertising. Thanks for your understanding, for your help, and sorry for my broken English.


EDIT : Could you also tell me if it is possible to choose the color of the fans and the watercooling in general because I would like something sober and not rainbow color. If so, I would like to know how to ask PCS for that. I took the transparent liquid X1, if the technicians could not put colors on the rgb cooler/fans, or then a black or white color to keep it "class" and sober.

As far as I can see, you are showing screenshots of two of the 3 different options that you can choose…1) EK Mid, 2) Corsair Hydro X Mid, 3) Corsair Hydro X High.

The configuration you went through when you put in your order would have asked you for the colour of the tubes, coolant, etc.

You’ll get what you configured & paid for.

Did you order the EK mid kit, the Hydro X Mid kit, or the Hydro X High kit?

You can post the config from your order page, so we can confirm that you’ve actually ordered what you think you have.

The question is still the same as before in my first post : is the XG7 gpu waterblock included in corsair mid kit like in the screenshots i posted before ? Otherwise I would like to have the instructions to order it separately as soon as possible (because build is going to be assembled this week) but you will have to change your liquid series page as it is akin to false advertising if the gpu waterblock is not included. For the colors, I just want a classy and sober computer in black or dark skin tone if it's possible. Thank you for help.

If you go in the configurator, it has a question mark to the right of the component you're selecting and it gives you full information on that part you're ordering.

You've selected the Corsair Mid Kit:

You've selected clear coolant, so it will be just that, like water, no colour.

You haven't selected any GPU cooler, so there will be no waterblock, the GPU will be normally cooled by it's standard fan cooler.

The fans you configure yourself, that's what RGB means (red, green, blue), you can configure any colour you like.

Just go into your order and scroll to the very bottom and you have the option to upgrade it:

You can make any amendments until it's ready for despatch, before it's in building it's free, after that there's a small charge as they have to add the part and then send it through testing again, so takes quite a lot of time.

They’re not closed, as it says on the website they’re open til 8pm

That’s just a BIOS overclock config in case you reset the BIOS, it will already be configured.

For most uses you wouldn’t want to overclock the CPU anyway as it will actually reduce performance on AMD chips so you’ll get better performance by removing the overclock.

Do you think that PCS's technicians overclock my build ? If they have done it, how can i remove their overclock ?

Edit : And do you know why they overclock computers if performances are worst with no overclock ?
