Ram not working

I recently purchased a gaming PC which came with corsair vengeance LPX 2 x 8gb 3200mhz RAM for a total of 16gb.
I want to upgrade this to 32GB so purchased corsair vengeance LPX 2 x 16gb 3200mhz
When I replace the original sticks with the new sticks the computer does not boot, I can force boot it to the BIOS and the RAM is shown as recognised by type and capacity but is showing at 2133mhz. After save and exit from BIOS the PC will boot, again showing the RAM in task manager as 2133mhz even when i changed it to 3200mhz in BIOS. Following this when I now turn the PC off it again wont boot back up again unless I force into BIOS.

I have now replaced the original 2 x 8gb sticks back into the PC and it starts up working fine as normal.

The mother board I have is ASUS Prime B560 Plus and CPU is intel i7 11700

If it boots fine with your old RAM (at the correct speed) but doesn't when you replace it with the new RAM, it kinda suggests there is an issue with the new RAM.

I suggest trying it with just one stick of the new RAM (on its own), and see if its fine, then try with other new one just on its own, see if either of those options work or fail.
If one fails then that's probably the culprit.
