Razer USB Mic not working on new PC

Hi

I have a Razer USB mic that im trying to use on my pc. The sound works fine but for some reason the mic isnt picking up at all, i know it works as i use it on my PS4. I have tried making sure its the default communication device etc in sounds settings but its not registering, is there anything else anyone can think of to help ?
