Re-installed Laptop - Can't find Sound BlasterX Pro Gaming Drivers in Account

I can't find the drivers for the Sound BlasterX Pro Gaming 360 control panel. Can you tell me which file in my account this is? I've reinstalled all of them, or so I thought. I thought it was the SBX file however I can't find the control panel after it installs.

Also, is there updated drivers available, other than the static ones posted to my account?

You will need to get any drivers from www.clevo.com.tw

The ones in your PCS account will be out of date.

I have two model numbers, both I have found under the laptop.

1st - Clevo black label: P970RN
2nd - White label: PC1-16466C8

It should be in the optional category, listed as Creative driver 3_SBX.zip

I've installed and still no Creative or Sound Blaster front end application. The 3_SBX.zip file isn't in my Account laptop downloads page. I'm thinking that this is a local install. Any other help to figure this out Spyder?

What does it install then when you install it?

As far as I can tell, it is backend updates for the Windows sound control pane and EQ. There isn't any indication that a Creative application was installed.

I would contact PCS then, they'll need to add it to your PCS account. They're open now if you're free.
