Results seems pretty disappointing for my brand new Recoil, considering my specs...and temperature seems very high too!
Maybe I got a very unlucky components...Shoud I have to contact PC Specialis support?

The overall results are not too bad, as according to 3Dmark the average of your build should be somewhere between 21k and 25k. However, your physics (CPU) score is particularly low and there is indeed something weird: your RAM frequencies. Don't think it is related to hardware and it is likely a configuration change that needs to be done, but I'm afraid I can't be of much help on how to solve this on your particular machine (I'm more knowledgeable on Clevo and AMD builds).

My advice is that you open a new thread asking for help on the "Technical Advice"area and mention that your 3Dmark results were showing RAM frequencies of 1333 Mhz, when it should have been 2666 (from what I can see on your signature):

And by the way, can't understand why you cheaped out on the RAM frequencies. On such an expensive build, RAM frequencies should have been prioritized versus RAM size (choosing 32Gb 3200/3000 instead of 64Gb 2666 would have been a lot better imo). But that can also be discussed on the new thread that you're going to open.

DDR means double-data rate. For every clock cycle, two data transfers are made. So memory running at 1330MHz actually does 2660 "megatransfers per second", which is what the rating in MHz normally refers to. I don't believe it's even possible to run DDR4 to give 1330 speeds as they are normally understood.

Seems low compared to my Valeon . I just ran a new test with updated drivers and full cooling and TGP at max 140w dGPU . Link below . Something is off with your laptop .

Not the case for 3Dmark, it shows the perceived DDR frequency (of the 2 data transfers). You can see that on everyone else's benchmarks (@KriSta above is an example).

That's not only a matter of specs. I'm using a cooling pad (one big 230mm fan), a specific set of parameters in control center (mainly concerned CPU and fans); also for this kind of test is more important the ram's speed and not the quantity.
Personally I think that the 5900hx is a better CPU than 11800h; Intel maybe has few fps more in some games but it's irrelevant.
Another thing I can see is that firestike shows also your i-gpu while in my test it shows only the 3070, so maybe you are in MSHybrid and not in d-gpu only (look at the mux switch in the control center); it can make a big difference.

is it a PC Specialist 15.6 recoil?! I've a brand new PC Specialist Recoil 15.6 with RTX 3080 16GB, but I see that your mobo is a CLEVO X170KMG, while mine is TongFang GM5TN8W...I'm a little bit puzzled

It's a recoil 17.3", a clevo machine that is completely different from recoil 15.6".

Yes, one in the 15.6" notebooks and the other in the 17.3" notebooks.

The control center is usually quite different between tongfang and clevo's chassis (as @Martinr36 said), so even though I think both laptops should have a mux switch, they might be in different places (or even only in the BIOS instead of CC).

Yes, I know 😂 but the recoil 15.6" is a TongFang (like mine and @wwwmagnottait). He's complain because my model with 5900hx and 3070 had a better result on firestike despite he has 11800h and 3080 (so the firestike results should be higher than mine).

On my Valeon the MUX setting can be found in the " General Settings " as seen in this screenshot down at the bottom .
Using both the Radeon Vega 8 GPU and RTX 3070 makes the performance drop quite a bit in games and 3D benchmark , but will in return extend battery runtime .
