Ok, what I think is happening here is that that realtek control panel is actually installed from the windows store, it's not part of the driver. Quite frankly any UWP apps just don't work, almost exclusively.

How do you access it, do you click on start and then find it in the program list?

When it installed, it asked if I wanted to add to task bar so access it from there.

If you right click and delete it, does it take you to installed programs or does it just delete it?

It asks to uninstall, it says "this app and it's related info will be uninstalled".

So I've installed it from the Microsoft Store but I'm getting the same issue.

You need to uninstall CP again.

Then uninstall the audio driver from device manager.

Then reboot and allow the driver to reinstall, post a screenshot of the audio devices in device manager.

Those are the inputs, you need to uninstall the ones from sound video and game controllers, just the audio.

So I uninstalled the Audio and rebooted and here's a screenshot. It's reappeared.

It will have, but it's installed the MS driver rather than the realtek which is what we wanted.

Now install the 64bit driver from Realtek:
