Received my pc for being repaired and its doing the same thing!?

I've un-installed my sound driver and completely and replaced them, still doing it like 10mins in and crashed to the desktop. Last resort, gonna disable it in bios and see if that solves it.

Disabled that in the Bios, still got the same problem. gonna now re-install the OS, if this doesn't work looks like its goin back to PCS again

Thanks to all who have helped! Installed my OS and drivers and all seems well

Will re-post on here in a weeks time to let you know if its still running well!
