Great News, I have been offered a full refund, which is right and proper. Shame though, I love the way the PCS builder site works, maybe next time. Thanks for all your advice

Glad you got its sorted, though I would suggest you always make sure that that company name is never in an invoice/delivery address for anything you order if its not correct
