Hey guys i dont know if this is the right place to post but i have had my pc from PCS almost 8 months now and its looking to be around the time i change my water are there any vidoes that PCS have done showing me how to do this correctly as i have never done it before many thanks

Which watercooler do you actually have?
If its one of the normal AIOs then you shouldn't touch it at all - it will probably void the warranty on it if you take it apart
If its a Liquid Series machine then yes it will need some maintenance though yearly would probably be enough as @Nursemorph said

hi guys, just got my new rig through PCS and so far everything is perfect, however i was advised to get some new RAM straight away as i didn't pick the right one for my build ( My fault ) i was wandering if anyone has used the upgrade feature on PCS website yet if so how does this work with...

If you don't feel confident on doing it yourself PCS will do it for you.
It does cost a bit though.
This is a copy of a email I got from them when I enquired about it.

We do recommend the liquid service pack for our liquid series PC. We would suggest this service every one to two years. This service costs £149 and covers the
following.

Collection and Return of the Liquid System. Certain cases may incur an additional shipping
cost due to specialised services being required.
Full drain of the loop.
Flush and clean the loop (including all fittings).
Replace all tubing.
New coolant (They can change the colour).
24 Hour Stress Test.
24 Hour Leak test.

You don’t need to do it after 8 months. I have done it once after 2 years and a half.

Hi folks looking for some help i have the liquid cooled build but have noticed theres no drain valve fitted how easy or hard will it be to fit one giveing its full

Yes its the bottom one near the pump, back of the distro plate.

I guess though PHIMOI means there is no shut off/on valve to drain it, same as mine so when you loosen the drain port fitting the fluid will just come out, and probably not where you want it to.

You can get EK-Quantum Torque Drain Valves which screw in or the ball valves that also screw into the drain port (need an adapter for this one)which you then just attach a flexi tube, open the valve and the fluid will start to drain.
Think it will be impossible to attach one of these though with fluid in the distro plate so would need doing when its empty or the fluid may just go everywhere.
I've only seen vids showing how to drain it with a ball valve on, not any with the standard port fittings that are on mine. Might be a way but no idea so I'm probably sending my PC back to PCS to have its first fluid change and ask them to fit a ball valve/drain valve at the same time so I can then attempt it myself on future changes.

I had the exact same question - and yes, it takes a while for them to reply - I received the following after three weeks

Thank you for the messages. We do not install drain valves into our liquid series systems by default. When we drain these systems, we remove open the lowest point of the loop (typically the radiator or resevoir) then angle the computer to drain it. We would strongly advise that a system is returned back to ourselves for changing of coolant as any accidental damage would not be covered under warranty.
