Hi @paul061 The short answer is yes, though you'll need to contact PCS directly (here: https://www.pcspecialist.co.uk/contact-us/) to request a refund.

If its a problem with the machine perhaps we can help :) This is why @SpyderTracks is asking for your specs.

yea kinda rushed into buying it thanks will defo be ordering a new one :)
Do come on here and get some advice, it’s important to know what components go with what. It’s not the case that you can just put any components together and it will work for your uses, you have to know what parts are suitable for different use cases and how to maximise the budget.

But if you post your specs we can see if it’s a hardware or software issue.

What on earth do you want to perform better?
  • Intel® Core™ i9-9900K
  • Gigabyte Z390 AORUS Master
  • 32GB Corsair VENGEANCE 3000MHz
  • 11GB GEFORCE RTX 2080 Ti

was a premade one but i want a better one lol -
Pulsar Ultra
Have you got a link to it? I can’t find any reference of that model?

If it is the above specs then I’m willing to bet it’s just not configured correctly, what’s the issue you’re having and what monitor have you paired it with?

You realise if you send it back and wait for the 3080ti or even if you stuck with the current one, you would need a budget of around £1000 - £2000 for a suitable monitor?

If you aren't able to pair a suitable monitor there's absolutely no point in having such a powerful build. It's not going to offer any magical better experience than pairing a suitable graphics card to the monitor.

yes im aware looking for one atm
In that case, I'd definitely hold off until the 3000 series GPU's are released in September and get advise on a custom build.

With regards to a monitor, this is just hands down the ultimate gaming monitor money can buy at the moment, hopefully it will be released by the time the GPU's are out:

This would pair well with either the 2080ti or 3080ti.
