RGB/Corsair H100i ELITE CAPELLIX/ ICue 4 Issue?

Bad news, switched it on this morning and the problem came back. So thought it was gone but it had not. 🙄

I have a spare half an hour so just trying the list of things, just want to check which is the RGB header for sure. I have attached a close up of what i think it is.
Is it the one with the red and black cable or is it the smaller ones behind that are just black?
I have tightened the Allan screws on the pump head.
I have made sure the rgb usb to the motherboard is in properly if it is the correct one, i have made sure all of those cables at the bottom are in properly to be fair.
I have also made sure the main pump cable (thick one) is attached to the commander properly.
I still cant find where the 2 fans that are mean't to be in the commander are. The only cables i can see near the fans on the cooler look attached to the motherboard possibly.
I have taken a better picture of the back of the panel and also cables near the fans on the cooler.

After following all of the steps it instantly loaded up again in ICue when switching the PC back on. I shall monitor it over the course of the day and see if it goes off again. Thanks guys.

Nope after 10 minutes it went again from ICue. Not sure what it could be.

Hi,
I have managed to narrow the problem down to the Corsair Icue Commander Core disconnecting from my Bluetooth device list randomly in Windows 10. When it connects everything works and then when it disconnects everything stops working. Any ideas what the cause could be?

Make sure the bluetooth USB is plugged incorrectly also.

Hi Martin,
I unpluged the big bunch of wires that plug into it and plugged it back in earlier but didn't make any difference sadly.

It's only one cable, you need to find the exact cable, try it in another USB port on the commander core.

And then that plugs into the commander? Should it already be in the commander?

No, as you can see it plugs into the motherboard.
If it's going into the commander core, then it shouldn't be.

Sorry im a little confussed. You said i need to plug a cable into a different usb on the commander core. Im not very good with PC's it seems these days. Haha.

That was in relation to @Martinr36 suggestion with the pump cable.
Mine was to check something entirely different.

Got you, yes i definitly unplugged the pump cable, ill upload a pic of what i unplugged and plugged back in. So we are talking about the cable that goes from the bluetooth to the motherboard. I would need to look for that. I do have 2 other corsair lighting node and some other lighting node both show as connected along with all my other bluetooth devices all seem to function correctly.

That's the weird thing though as none of the corsair stuff is bluetooth so I have no idea why it's showing up as bluetooth devices. Can you take a screenshot of where you're seeing this?

Yeah i have a screenshot that i sent to PC specialist. I found this information on the corsair website on how to reset the capellix when it does not show in icue. Ill just get it for you and also a screen shot from corsair website. Give me a few secs i need to resize images.

Sorry about the delay, was having to send to my phone to resize so i can upload to here. This is what got me interested in the bluetooth side of things, since i had tried everything that i could do with the wires. So i went to my bluetooth devices and noticed the other 2 corsair things were in there, about 10 minutes later the Commander appeared in there so i went back to ICue and everything worked again great, about 30 minutes later i noticed the rgbs went out on my Pump and fans on the cooler so quickly went back into bluetooth devices and the commander had disapeered again.
