It seems that when the ''Corsair ICue Commander Core'' disapeers from my bluetooth devices, the lights go out on my pump and fans. Until i read that first image on the Corsair website i had no idea that these things had anything to do with bluetooth.

They would do as the commander core is providing power over USB.

Those entries aren't bluetooth devices, they're listed as other devices so nothing to do with bluetooth, so you can ignore my suggestion to check the bluetooth card.

You need to find where the power to the commander core is coming from and try it in another port.

Would i need to switch the power cable to a different port on the motherboard or do i switch the power cable to a different place on the commander core?

It's hardwired, you can't switch it on the core, you have to trace where it connects to the PSU and try it in another port or make sure it's connected.

No sorry ive got you now so the cable is hard wired and i need to basically try to trace it to where it is plugged in and either re set it or plug it in elsewhere

Will this likely be plugged into something on the same side of the pc (the right side of the case, or plugged in on the left side of the case on the main motherboard?

Okay well thank you for all of the information, atleast i have a rough idea of what may need doing, i have the option of RMA if i really cant do it or if i feel like i might mess something up trying. If its straight forward then ill have a go but if it means messing about to much i will have to have a chat with PCS. Thanks for the help and i hope you have a nice weekend mate.
