Hello
So my 4 year old laptop which I brought from you guys just died last night. Nothing happens when I turn on the power button. If it's connect via the AC adapter it seems to kill the adapter when I press the power button. (Green LED on the brick goes off). However when it's plugged in with he battery the led lights on the laptop to indicate it's charging is on. I've tried powering on with just the battery (and my spare battery) and still stays dead, despite knowing that at least one of them would have been fully charged.
To make things worse, is I'm currently in the Falklands and the idea of not having a laptop for near 6 months is kind of depressing.
My question is, are you able to deliver to the Falklands, roughly at what cost and with which courier would likely be used? I would assume if it was possible it would likely have to be delivered via ship and not air due to weight/dimensions likely meaning a very lengthy wait of a few months.
Sad times.
Sev
