RMA approval times?

Having had an RMA approved 2 weeks back, i got emails from PC Specialist with RMA label and tracking number within minutes. There is definitely something wrong in this process. Check your spam / junk mail - just in case.

And when you get the label, if I were you, I would call DPD immediately, give them the tracking number and arrange a collection. Sure, PC Specialist might do it automatically - but I saved 3 days by doing that myself. Collection was scheduled on Monday - I called DPD on Thursday and got it collected on the same day.
Are you sure thats wise since PCS would be expecting to arrange the collection from dpd?

Just wanted to ask what do you need attached on the box?

All I did for my RMA was repackage it in the box that it came in. I then wrote their address on it removing any labels addressed to me.

I also wrote the letters RMA and quoted my RMA number.

On the other side in smaller writing, I wrote “Sent from” and put my address.

When the person came to pick it up they actually put a barcode on it but if you have been asked to print labels I suggest you secure them / tape them to the box too.

How do you go about ordering the packaging if you don't have the original box?

Contact PCS and they will arrange for either some to be sent to you or with a previous RMA last year on an older laptop I had, I didnt have the box, the courier turned up with a casing/box for it to be packed in. PCS will have to arrange this though.
