Hi guys,
Having problems with a PC from PCS and it's gone back for RMA, i didn't setup the RMA PC specialist did, it had a problem with the Cooler for the CPU and RGB lighting that it comes with and also a faulty RGB light strip. When i just checked my RMA i noticed this. I have attached photos of what PC specialist wrote on the Notes and the the current situation, i noticed a red cross next to authorization on the RGB light srtrip that they asked me to send back. What does this mean exactly, i was asked to place the faulty strip inside the box which i did in an email from PCS. The PC is 47 days old and is back for its 3rd RMA. I have not really used the PC yet as it has just been backwards and forwards to PCS for the last 6 weeks.
