Yeah, it’s a worthwhile performance bump, plus I think thermals are better with the new card also.Cheers mate. Just thought id ask as the new version has shown up to 15% increase in some games and benchmarks. Thanks
I'm not sure on that one, best to check with PCS directly.Does this include the new Ryzen + 2060 boards, do you know?
Ok. Thanks anyway. I've emailed them for an answer (thought it best to have one in writing just in case). Will update here for others' benefit when I hear back.I'm not sure on that one, best to check with PCS directly.
That would be great if you could update us, I’m fairly sure all 2060’s in all new laptops are now the updated one, but best to checkOk. Thanks anyway. I've emailed them for an answer (thought it best to have one in writing just in case). Will update here for others' benefit when I hear back.
Awesome on both counts!!!! Hopefully you get it by next week.Got a response from PCS today: "Thanks for getting in touch. That is the refreshed version of the 2060." (I asked them about my specific combo, which is the Ryzen 4800h + RTX 2060.) I assume that means all the new Ryzen + RTX boards are going to be the refresh version.
On a side note: it looks like the delivery of these new boards was actually brought forward(!) to today. They reckon mine might be built this week. Verrry exciting!
