rtx 3070 sales preference according to upgrade / build ?

It looks like a bunch of us have jumped ship from the 3060 Ti to here. News reached us of you guys on ~10 working days receiving orders and our jealousy hit overdrive. Currently 32 working days in queue
sure i cant tempt you back to the 3060ti. Its cheaper

Even if we wanted to we couldn't anymore - it's been greyed out in the configurator which should tell you how PCS feel about the number of orders vs stock levels.
34 days here.
I'm assuming they are stopping people order more so they can clear the backlog of 3060ti builds a bit.
*wonders if now is a good time to mention that I got a 3070 on release day...*

Really??? That's awesome! what case did you have? Maybe mine is not far off then.
I was sat in front of my computer half an hour before the timed release, four different tabs open and doing some serious refreshing. My F5 key was in a right state 🙃

God, I'm imaging the painful laughing I will do if it was to the new case I switched to, thus, making it out of stock
Cool, I'm on the Corsair 5000D. Thinking of asking them if everything is in stock on the live chat but also don't want to annoy them as I know they're busy. Very excited now, will be ordering a new monitor too as soon as I see it go into build, cooler should be arriving any minute.... It's getting real!

FWIW when I was looking at what was in stock earlier the 5000D was on the configurator so you should be good!
